Of the 7 people in a similar position (over the last 2-3 months), 1 has been offered 6 months (was a subscriber for over 4 years), and all the others were offered 3 months. Shaun, yes I used the email option. I sent my notice in on the 23rd of December, but didn't get a response until the 9th of January. So, even allowing for Christmas, that was well over a week. The cancellation notice takes effect from the next billing date, so I was lucky (I think mine was the 12th), that the delay didn't span yet another billing cycle! If so how long did it take for them to acknowledge the email? Do they have standard TAT - searched their website and can't find a thing which indicates what their response times are.
